Cardio Kick Fitness - Kickboxing for fitness
Kickboxing is one of the best forms of exercise to help you lose weight, stay in shape and build muscle amongst many other benefits. It's a full body workout that you will have fun doing. What ever your goals or fitness level, cardio kick classes will help you meet your fitness needs.
Fitness Kickboxing ( group fitness ): Combining the elements of kickboxing and aerobics for our warm-up and focus pads and boxing gloves for our cardio component. A great stress reliever! Pads and gloves are provided or you can bring your own equipment. We incorporate lunges, squats, planks and drills into the fun!
Fitness kickboxing ( in-home personal training ): Using focus pads and boxing gloves with timed rounds. Pads and gloves are provided for you to use in your training session or you can use your own equipment. Trian solo or with someone else. We work with wedding parties as well as work place fitness.
